When it comes to fused glass work I am basically self taught.  In other words, no one has told me how not to do something, which is a good thing because then I would just HAVE to do it to see what happens.

I call my basic fused glass work (using glass paints, adding colored chips, sandwiching metal leaf between two pieces) "palate cleansers" as they yield relatively fast and dependable results and are just what I need to clear my head after a long, involved ceramic series.
